Instructions: If you have been accepted on an FHC Mission Team you must complete the following training course videos before 4 weeks prior to your departure date. Please make sure to both watch the video and click the description and read the video description, as additional details to the video are often added in the description. I recommend you take one video at a time and complete the assignment for that video if the video has an assignment. If you try to tackle all the videos at once, it will be a lot to take in. Take it one at a time. Each video is below, and the final summary of your assignments is listed at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions for me, there is a space for those at the bottom of the page. Watch through all the videos before emailing though. Thank you.

Congratulations.! You have completed the training course for your mission trip. You can expect to be notified asap on travel itinerary.

Please make sure you have completed the following assignments from the above training course:

*The due date for all of these assignments is by 4 weeks prior to departure date*

1. Watch through and complete all training videos & assignments

2. Attend in-person trainings with your Team Leader to gain more individual, trip-specific details.

3. Adults: Complete Safe and Secure Training & email your completion certificate to cwalker@franklinheights.org. [Link(s) in video]

Note: Send Relief Mission Teams only, your Sexual Abuse Awareness & Prevention Training is done separately through the registration process with Send Relief. You *do not* have to do Safe & Secure. [Link(s) in video]

4. Adults: Complete an FHC Background Check. You will not be notified if you passed the Background Check. If a Background Check is not passed, we will let you know. [Link(s) in video]

5. Consider travel insurance [not required]. You do not need to provide any documentation to your Team Leader if you decide to have travel insurance. This is completely your decision and for you only. If you are asked in the travel insurance process if you are traveling with a group, simply list your trip as an individual. No need to connect your policy to Franklin Heights. [Link(s) in video]

6. Consider purchasing some FHC swag from the FHC website store [Link(s) in video]

7. Keep up with the Church Bible Reading Plan + Consider journaling your pre, during, and post trip experiences [Link(s) in video]

8. Pray for the mission team members and those you will be serving: Souls, Safety, Sunshine, Servant-heartedness, & Spirit-filledness, and Team Unity

9. Practice the 3 Circles Often personally and with others, at least 3 times with a friend and 5 times with a lost person [Link(s) in video]
