A Southern Baptist Pastor, I have been in para and local church ministry for over fifteen years, currently serving as Pastor of Missions and Discipleship at Franklin Heights Church in Rocky Mount, VA.

I post a weekly YouTube video for our Connect Group Leaders and make this content available to Sunday School Teachers teaching Lifeway’s “Explore the Bible” lesson for each week. Along with the video, I provide a full teaching manuscript, a general teaching outline, and a PowerPoint.

Each lesson is expositional, Christocentric, enhances the doctrinal section of the week, and asks discussion questions that are focused on personal life transformation for God’s glory.

The content is provided to add more time to the teacher’s week for outreach, relationship-building, and disciple-making in their groups.

A Southern Baptist Pastor on staff at Franklin Heights Church in Southwest Virginia equipping the church with resources for Connect Groups studying Lifeway Explore the Bible; providing a full teaching manuscript, PowerPoint, devotional, and general outline overview every week for the lesson for that week. I teach the lesson early each week on my YouTube channel “Pastor Caleb” so that leaders can have more time for discipleship, evangelism, and relationship-building each week. The channel also provides Bible and book reviews, devotionals, sermons and more to equip disciple-makers according to Ephesians 4:12-16, “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into [H]im who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
